Kazakinz Consult was founded in 2019 out of a familiar frustration in the construction industry: promises made during bidding that disappear once work begins. New faces on site, unclear responsibility, and last-minute changes that cost clients time and money.
We chose a different approach. Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager and site lead who remain involved from the initial site assessment through final delivery — the same people, the same accountability, throughout the build.
Since 2019, that principle has guided every project we take on. No unnecessary layers, no shifting responsibility, and no shortcuts — just consistent oversight, clear communication, and work done right the first time.
